Role calls for HSE professionals having over 7 years working experience in oil and gas industry, where the incumbent shall provide advice and work closely with Line Management, including Contractors on Health Safety Environment (HSE) matters.
Provision of consultancy services and technical solutions.
Conduct/participate in site incident investigation, ensuring that the incident investigation process is carried out in accordance with the incident investigation & reporting procedures and to effectively identify potential root causes and develop effective intervention plan to prevent the recurrence of similar incident to safeguard and protect people, environment, asset and reputation.
To ensure assess all identified threats are being addressed, adequate control and recovery barriers are identified and to influence Technical Authority and Line Management for adoption of recommendations.
Monitor implementation of intervention plans for gap closure and ensure continuous improvement towards sustenance of Contractor HSE excellence.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physical Science or individual with equivalent experience as SHO.
Minimum 7 to 9 years working experience in oil and gas industry.
