Design, develop and manage structured skills and competencies development program for Upstream’s critical frontline positions which include Offshore Installation Manager (OlM), Production Supervisor (PS), Maintenance Supervisor (MS), etc, to strengthen the overall capability of the Upstream workforce to meet the current and future challenges.
Implement the competency assurance programs for Upstream Business’ critical frontline positions i.e. OIM, PS, MS, etc. through acquiring in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business and learning requirements and providing inputs on the strategic objectives and directions.
Conduct coaching and assessment to accelerate participants learning experience acquisition and understanding for local and international certifications in order to up-skill their competency level to meet the international standards.
Lead, drive and facilitate evaluation and assessment of program contents and Learning Facilitators’ (LF) delivery effectiveness through undertaking post program review sessions and consolidating feedbacks from participants to identify areas requiring improvements.
Identify and implement the introduction and application of technological advancements into the learning modules through leveraging on internal and external technology know- how and expertise to foster technology acquisition and innovative mindsets to Academy programs' participants.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical field from an institution recognized by Malaysian government.
Proficiency in the professional competency certification (i.e.: PETREL, SAP) program (e.g. BTEC) for critical frontline positions (e.g. OIM,PS, MS)
Valid BOSIET certificate.
