Leads and manages the planning, development and delivery of internal communications and employee engagement programs in order to build internal awareness of the COMPANY's corporate strategy, culture and values, and continuously enhance engagement.
Provides effective direction to the Department's Operations, Organization, Values, HSE and Integrity in order to deliver the Division's strategic objectives
Contributes to the development of the Division's KPI's; ensures proper cascade of the approved performance objectives within the Department and establishes monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance driven culture.
Builds an effective internal communications system in order to reach out to all employees, deliver consistent messages and ensures a two-way communication stream.
Manages the development, review and timely dissemination of internal communication material and messages in order to ensure optimum internal promotion of the Group's brands, internal strategic initiatives and projects.
Leads the design, deployment, and evaluation of effective and efficient engagement surveys to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and maximize existing communication and engagement channels.
Draws on expertise and leading best practices and work with Senior Executive Management in order to develop new communications programs or approaches based on unique employees, platform or corporate functions needs.
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or relevant discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in progressive and managerial roles in employee engagement and communications. Preferably experience in a large-scale organization with complex business operations or experience working in various industries. At least 5 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
Demonstrate the ability in managing and analyzing employee engagement and communication metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans.
Creative and innovative approach to communications with the ability to identify new ways of working and lead change.
Knowledge of the Group's operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored employee engagement and communication strategies in line with specific business requirements.
