Assists the Head - Human Resources in the development of policies and procedures applicable to the human resource needs of the COMPANY.
Advises and assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function.
Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
Directs the development of staffing strategies.
Develops, streamlines and enhances staffing systems, tracking reporting and analysis.
Preparing and maintaining of documentation for all formal and informal employee relations meetings e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, appeals etc. and ensuring these are distributed in accordance with COMPANY’s policy.
Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.?
Minimum of 12+ years of experience human resources/personnel office with the primary job responsibilities of training, and professional development. Preferably experience in a large-scale organization with complex and multi-sector business operations or experience working in various industries. At least 5 years in a managerial / supervisory position.
Knowledge of human resources concepts and related regulatory requirements.
Skilled in coaching leaders/managers, designing and facilitating personal and professional development programs, team development, and building relationships.
