Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.
• Prepare site documentation. Reviews project drawings and specifications.
• Organizes site meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members.
• Facilitates accurate communication of relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensures clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Monitors consultant expenditures against budget.

Qualification Required

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural Sciences, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of product.
