Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and leads activities of the project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the Company are achieved within the prescribed time frame and allocated budget.
• Prepares detailed construction cost estimates and documentation (e.g. PFR, PAR) for project funding authorization.
• Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of project.
• Outlines work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Liaises with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
• Ensures all projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
• Reviews all contractual requirements and obtain clarifications on unclear issues including technical clarifications.
• Reviews status reports prepared by Project Manager, and enforces the necessary actions. 
• Ensures correct procedure is implemented for each activity communicated and adhered to by the supervising site resource and workforce.
• Prepares and presents Management Reports as required.
• Ensures effective communication interface coordination with other existing contractors and subcontractors on-site.

Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field.
• An advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the direct management of large projects.
• Skilled in site analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design and construction coordination, and projects scheduling.
