Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Summary throughout the course of the project
• Negotiate terms with consultants / vendors within a well-defined project performance
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, client provided measurements, drawings, sketches and to be comfortable meeting clients at a construction job site or project location to field measure
• Study the project specifications, contract details, material requirements, work duration, compliance statements and technical drawings for all the SWI projects.
• Prepare program schedule and plans the activities from the commencement of work to the completion date.
• Work with Finance team to ensure budget and cash flow forecasts are updated and maintained throughout the course of the project.

Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Post Graduation in Management is required.

Experience Required

• 10 – 15 years in Joinery / Manufacturing Industry.
• Project management and estimating experience
• Understanding of blueprints/ability to read and interpret architectural millwork drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of report handling and documentation flow
• Leadership skills, MS Office, MS Project, have knowledge in joinery, fit-out, and woods, have knowledge in production, and project management.
