Role calls for Senior Project Manager to work with a leading oil & gas entity in U.A.E., where the incumbent is expected to deliver a major project encompassing the development of an offshore Integrated Central Processing Platform, including host tie-in and brownfield modification.
Oversee the development of Project Execution Plans for Scope of Works (SOW) in line with overall project Basis of Design.
Provide overall technical &project specific commercial leadership to different phases of the construction project life cycle
Ensure the Project Team’s deliverables for the Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) are developed in a timely manner, including pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures to facilitate project handover to Company’s Operations Group.
Work closely with Operations to ensure budgeting and delivery of required resources, processes and systems required for the pre and post start-up phases of Operations.
Work with support function to develop project contracting strategy in line with project objectives together with regulator and corporate requirements.
Ensure that for each phase of the project a control budget is in place commensurate with the level of definition and maturity (supported by estimate(s) of the required class
Provide day to day Project leadership of Project Controls, Engineering, Interface and Construction Management.
A degree in an Engineering related discipline.
20+ years of project management in the Oil & Gas sector including management of major offshore projects. It is advantageous if candidate has worked as Project Manager in at least one EPCIC project involving large CPP (Central Processing Platform).
Experienced team leader with track record of delivery in offshore projects in excess of $2bn value.
Skilled in the development of contracting and execution strategy, as well as in subsequent control of projects (scope, schedule, budget).
