Role calls for a senior role where the incumbent shall coordinate with all stakeholders, including the COMPANY's Directorates and Group of Companies to ensure alignment of their programs and activities with the COMPANY's overall strategy, business plan and budget.
Support the development of the Department /Unit's business plans and optimal annual budget, in line with the company's objectives and work programs to support alignment and arbitration.
Deal with all requests from the business and administrative/support Directorates and Group of Companies to ensure alignment with the COMPANY's strategy, objectives, business plan and budget.
Conduct level analysis review of critical initiatives/project performance including schedule and budget variations and procurement strategies and tactics and critical project business case development support.
Dealing with the provision of internal stakeholder documents, technical review and the synthesis of complex technical information to business-like submissions in order to facilitate decision making of the COMPANY's senior management.
Circulate all the COMPANY's Group resolutions across the Group of Companies in order to ensure awareness of changes in the organization.
Challenge the content of relevant internal stakeholder group subject matter studies and prepare for key Board meeting material highlights.
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
12 years' relevant experience.
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
