Will be tasked with effectively identifying and evaluating Capx program as approved in budget of each plant.
Provides guidance to the Company’s management of major technical matters.
Playing a pivotal role in developing and executing of the Company’s strategy across the power and water business. Support the Head of Projects in identifying and evaluating organic and acquisitive growth opportunities that align with the Company’s strategic corporate objectives and assessing the viability of such opportunities.
Partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Company is well positioned to achieve its Technical Performance goals,
Maintaining a strong perspective on industry trends and proactively positioning the Company to capitalize on prospective opportunities including, New I-TSA Contract, New Rotating Equipment Contracts, New Static equipments contracts or/and any new technology needed to be implemented at any power plant.
Providing ongoing guidance and support to the project planning and execution teams to properly manage project scope, timelines, cost estimates and resource requirements to effectively deliver on greenfield and brownfield developments consistent with the Company’s strategy.
Delivering internal presentations to senior leadership to properly communicate the value-creation opportunities associated with any technical or contractual matters.

Building, retaining and motivating a high caliber team capable of delivering on the Company's growth agenda.
Reviewing and reporting regularly to the Company’s Power & water leadership team on overall progress and results against operating and technical/financial plans and initiating courses of action for improvement where necessary.
Acting as a key spokesperson for the Company in the market, It is expected that this executive will be an effective liaison for the Company with partners (both current and prospective), government and regulatory bodies, relevant industry associations, and others when necessary.
MBA is preferred.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred.
Strong Knowledge on Gas Fired Turbines and Rotating equipments.
Strong Knowledge on Static equipments including HRSGs and Boilers.
Strong Knowledge of business structure and documents of project such as agreements, Shareholders agreement, LTSA, LTCA.
Strong financial understanding with an ability to identify long-term value creation consistent with the Company’s financial strategy.
Significant Management and leadership skills with experience recruiting, retaining and developing a high performing team
Significant Power or Water industry experience and a proven track record of creating value through successful business development in one or more large-cap company environments;
Significant business development experience and a current perspective on market opportunities, technologies and trends;
A strong network within the global power or water industry with reputation for posessing high integrity, for delivering results and for collaborating effectively with joint-venture partners
